Challenge #51- Winner and Challenge Changes

Hello. Today is our last challenge of the year. Where did 2014 go!? Since the holidays are right around the corner, we thought a bling challenge was in order...
We have a special guest artist today to kick off this bling party and it is the lovely and talented, Christy Wilkerson. She created two cards for us...
